Our old president insisted that our 10-year old logo be changed to red because red is the color of ‘action’. Needless to say, the revised logo-and the president-are no longer around!

At our company, more and more people are getting involved in the decision making process on advertising. So the answer is yes, office politics does affect advertising decisions.
